Training for OPNsense® software (OBT)

VARIA-System GmbH now offers training courses on the open source firewall OPNsense® to interested parties.

The course is aimed at OPNsense® beginners as well as advanced users and lasts 2 days.

On the first day there will be an introduction to firewalls in general and specifically to the OPNsense® firewall.

The 2nd day includes various workshops with hands-on training on the OPNsense® firewall. Thus, the acquired knowledge can be deepened and applied.

The training is conducted by an experienced OPNsense® trainer on our premises.

You will receive a certificate of attendance after the training.

Für eine Pauschale von 159 EUR (zzgl MwSt) kann die konfigurierte Hardware aus dem Kurs erworben werden.

  • “Creating” an OPNsense Firewall

Initial setup

  • The first connection to the OPNsense

  • Save / import configuration
